"Room was somewhat clean, but I always wipe it down myself and there was a lot of residue & untouched dirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The building halls smell “old” and like cigarette smoke. Rooms are “newly remodeled,” but you can tell they cut a few corners."

Only the one lady at the front desk was cooperative with me in the situation that had happened and it was very unfortunate but I couldn't help it and what had happened was unnecessary.
