"What a beautiful place to stay. The view from outside our room was spectacular. Mt Etna was active and we had the perfect viewing spot. This is a classic old hotel in a gorgeous setting with a warm, friendly, helpful staff. There was a delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace. The location is close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the setting without the crowds. Restaurants were close and so were all the places we wanted to visit. The shuttle to the beach was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again."

Would not stay here again only because of the hard mattress. Self serve espresso machine like at other hotels and fresh juice would’ve made breakfast exceptional. If you don’t care about a very hard mattress this hotel is great in a fantastic location."
