i would call it 2star.breakfast in room isn’t true
"It’s really clean and safe thats true.But They say theres breakfast in room but they don’t serve breakfast at all. The area is near Chinese area and its not good. There was a file in room with papers that says call reception for breakfast or any other food or drinks, but the receptionist himself ..."

"Overall nice hotel, the only thing are the weird rules, not allowing you to invite anyone to your room even if you are travelling solo and your room is double. The lobby staff didn't want to allow my friend to come up and they ask for id."
