"Booked this place because of one of the reviews stated it was clean. And let me tell you it was. Lady’s do a great job keeping the rooms clean. Walked in the room and it smelled clean. Not just the rooms. The lobby was also clean. Loved the breakfast they had variety. They even put out cookies for you in the lobby. My three year old loved it!Front desk clerk had great customer service. Overall I highly recommend this place. Already booked my second trip in November."

"I hate to leave a bad review because the employees seem nice and responsive but this is a travelers nightmare. When you’re traveling to an unknown city you want to stay in a place that is safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately thats not what this company provided. When you book they dont tell you that its an apartment complex with actual residents all around you. The apartments are run down, you have to walk through a dark corridor to get to your apartment and the complex is located deep into what seems to be the worst area in the city. Not sure what the inside looks like because we never made it in. Obviously providing excellent service is not a priority because they put no thought into how a guest would feel staying in a place like this, especially when thats not your standard of living, not to mention the cost. I think its a great idea but it needs more thought, consideration, and work. Until then, please remove it from the list. "

"When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the property. Other than that it is under construction this would be for someone that is single if they decide to stay there. "
