Surised to find a lovely lobby and delightful checkin. My entire5 night stay was extremely comfortable. The staff amazing and professional.
True, the hotel needs some refurbishment but that's mostly surface issues rather than deep problems. They have already started the improvements. In my room, I did not hear a peep from any of the lounges or clubs. Yes, I would certainly stay at the Leela Hotel again. "
