"We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and although the hotel itself was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing, we would not recommend it for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. Choose somewhere else where they will make an effort to make your stay feel a little more special. The breakfast selection was quite mediocre, and we ended up skipping breakfast during the last two days of our stay. However, the breakfast staff were very kind and polite, so the service was good. It's a good hotel for families, as it's close to the beach and has several pools. The bar staff were also very nice, helpful, and polite. We opted not to have dinner at the hotel because we tried the lunch twice and were quite disappointed. The menu selection was very limited, and the staff were, unfortunately, not very friendly. Our room also had an issue with the air conditioning, which was incredibly noisy. We notified the reception staff, but the problem was never addressed. In the end, we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. On top of that, our room was filled with ants and tiny spiders. My husband forgot his shirt at the hotel and was told by the reception staff that there was no lost-and-found service. Fortunately, the very kind and helpful beach staff assisted us, and the shirt was indeed located in the lost and found. The beach staff were excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Ischia, but we wish we had chosen a better hotel for our stay."

"Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. That 5 percent left a bad taste being the very last thing you experience at this beautful property."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Forio! Esperienza davvero eccezionale all’Hotel Nettuno. La posizione è fantastica, proprio nel centro di Forio, comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi, ma ciò che rende questo hotel davvero speciale è l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare a Lucio, sempre super disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Complimenti anche a tutto il suo staff per la professionalità e l’accoglienza: ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. Le camere sono spaziose, curate e pulitissime, con un livello di pulizia veramente impeccabile. La colazione è abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. E poi c’è il tramonto… semplicemente spettacolare. 🌅 La vista dall’hotel regala uno dei tramonti più belli di Forio, un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno. Posizione, pulizia, camere, colazione, panorama e soprattutto servizio: tutto perfetto. Complimenti a Lucio e a tutto il suo staff per il bellissimo lavoro. "I almost didn’t want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement."

"Love love loved our stay! Absolutely gorgeous property Lucio and Jasmine were so helpful and friendly The food was also so good The only criticism I have if you can call it that is we lost power on the second day and had to sleep without AC in August but they can’t really control that"
