"Worst experience teaveling ever. Location does not exist and nobody to reach out to. Got an email the day after saying booking was unavailable yet you still charged me. I need a refund asap plus i had to get another hotel at a much more expensive price. "

"This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. "The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY.
