"The hotel was very nice - very spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff kindly gave us the upper floor room even though we were only staying for a night. However, the area is not accessible for shopping areas and very infrequent transportation. But the staff was very helpful and they happily ordered taxi for us to go to Incheon airport."

Although we only stayed one day prior to leaving in ICN the day after our stay we were able to enjoy multiple aspects of the hotel, including the food court, the restaurants, the internal hotel spa, the small museum, like exhibits throughout, and our very favorite CIMER spa and aqua Park!
