"My stay at the Laguardan Ocean View was excellent. I wanted to try somewhere new from where I usually stay and I was very impressed. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable security is excellent and you feel like you’re home. Just in case you’re not driving it’s also on the bus and taxi route so no problem there. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place for anyone to stay while visiting Jamaica, I had a great time staying here."

"Oh so peaceful and you had the beach to yourself staff were amazing and the food was delicious the band every evening was great. Any I left out? Yes just chill"

Sand And Tan Beach Hotel

2/10 Terrible

"First off, on arrival the room was dark and a little dated with mismatched flooring tiles. The main bed room ceiling light did not work, neither did the side table light. I called downstairs to receptionist and was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and they would send someone to change the side table light but the ceiling light would be fixed the following day. A drink credit was given for the inconvenience. No one ever came to fix the ceiling light the next day. The refrigerator didn’t work and the for an hour there was no water. I called to let them know about the refrigerator and reminded them about the ceiling light. My husband and I got to breakfast around 8:30am and was not served until 9:45am due to them only having one staff member available for breakfast. When we did get served they run out of some food items. Lunch was no different we waited about 2 hours and when we did receive our food it was cold and unedible. The refrigerator was changed the next morning and about 7pm on our final night they offered to change our room. We declined since we were checking out early the next morning. Mind you this was a busy Mother’s Day weekend you would think they would staff and have food for the reservations they had. We requested to speak to the manager but that did not happen either, bad customer service."

Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive

"We stayed at Couples Tower Isle from April 14th through the 19th. The resort could hardly be any better. Although my partner fell and injured her back getting off the snorkeling boat on day 3, we still loved the resort. The Good: The food, the drink preparations, the ambiance, the International night(?) dining by the pool on Saturday night, and the awesome staff. Room for improvement: Even before arriving, we both wanted to take the shuttle to the nearby Couples Sans Souci for the day, but we were told all 4 of the days we were there were booked...with 12 people on the 'cancellation list'. That tells me there was no way in HEdoubleLL we even had a chance to go even before we arrived. If you list this as an amenity, at least make sure you can accommodate everyone. Other than that, we want more...so we will see you NEXT April...it's already booked."

"The staff were nice and polite. The rooms unexpectedly shared a common area with a kitchenette and couch, but it was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as depicted in the pictures. The breakfast was definitely unique to Jamaica offering savory options such as vegetables, curry chicken, fish, and liver. If you are interested in trying authentic food to the area this place is for you."
