"We had a great stay at the resort in Port Macquarie. The facilities were excellent, staff are great and our room with a water view was lovely. The only downside was breakfast – a bit expensive for what was offered, and only feels reasonable value if it’s included in the room price. Will definitely be back to stay again. "

"We stayed for 2 nights, room looked exactly as on web side, view on the river,very clean. Very friendly staff they offered to changed towels after first night. Walking distances to all restaurant and to town. Only downside,: no kitchenette no sinks and no designated car park so first came first served but for us it wasn't any problem. I would recommend. "

"My family enjoyed their stay at Flynns on Surf Beach Villas, the property is walking distance to the beach and cafe. The pool is heated and the kids got to enjoy it in August. Clean property and the management kept the surroundings clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again. "
