"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "From check in to the first night, the rating was 0/10. There was an issue with the room assigned to us and were told by a member of staff , that is your room. When the night manager was made aware of the problem, he started the ball rolling to provide an alternate room. Next morning, I was impressed that both the manager and assistant manager, took charge of the problem and relocated us to a different upgraded room. From then on it was 10/10. Room was clean, spacious, grounds very well maintained, breakfast and dinner buffets offered plenty of varied dishes. Well kept swimming pools, including an adult only one. Plenty of non motorised water equipment and an added bonus is that they offer free boat trips to a great snorkelling area, as well as free glass bottom boat trips. Dining and housekeeping staff all very friendly but special thanks to Vu, Vishay, and Stephan in conjunction with the Manager for making it such a enjoyable stay."
