I do not recommend this hotel. Our first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. After we notified the staff, they moved us to a different room. Unfortunately, this second room smelled so bad that air freshener didn't help.
Communication was a major issue. Despite the hotel's close proximity to Kansai International Airport, I was surprised that the staff struggled significantly to communicate in English. We had to rely entirely on Google Translate for every conversation.
The only real advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to a Premium Outlet. Otherwise, the location is highly inconvenient. The closest train station requires a 15–20 minute walk, making a taxi the only practical way to get there. Fortunately, my family only stayed for one night. I will not choose this hotel again for future airport transit.

"This hotel was 1 of 4 hotels I booked on my Japan trip and it was the only one that was disappointing. The problem with hotels making everything automated is that they lose their sense of "service". The pros: Excellent location. Its connected to all the major stores and train station. Very convenient. ..."
