Title: Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet
This resort has all the makings of a 5-star property, but our experience was a mixed bag.
Let's start with the positives: The rooms are absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool is truly amazing, a real centerpiece of the resort. We also found every staff member we interacted with to be incredibly nice and helpful.

Our daughter had her 4th birthday whilst staying and the staff made her a cake and even went out of their way to get her a present and card. "The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is right by the beach. They also kept our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The only downside was some renovation noise in the lobby area, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay."
