Average hotel not recommended for kids

I booked south headland motel with wotif but later receive email from The lodge staff that booking had been changed to this hotel. Not recommended for kids as no cot provided . No microwave available to warm milk etc. The kettle available and tea coffee saschet but no water to make tea.The hotel restaurant is very expensive $40 for breakfast. Good thing is you park in front of motel door. The overall experience is average have to eat outside mostly as cannot warm meals at hotel.

Venue Changed

We had just driven 1284 kms and arrived to a closed office with a note on the door to ring this number. A friendly voice told us we had to go to another motel (The Lodge) around the corner. This we did after trying to turn the truck around in a dark narrow street without collecting anything. When arriving at the lodge I was given the room and fed so happy enough. To their credit, they had emailed me the change at ten o'clock that day. unfortunately my computer is turned off when I drive and my emails are not looked at until I'm comfortable in my room. A quick phone call could have helped the late night confusion.

Rock hard bed with creepily stained pillow cases

On arrival check in took 45 minutes. My room had 4 flies in it and smelt strongly of bo. There were stains on the bathroom wall and the shower needed a clean. The bed was desperately uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows stained. I was distressed by my stay.
