This is the most lifeless place I have ever lodged in my life and for that reason i had to fortfeit one day and left the place for another hotel. Stayed only one day instead of two days I paid for. No form of entertainment in that place.

No. It was cold baked beans. I wanted fresh fish pepper soup, none. Opted for chicken pepper soup, which was served as smoked chicken in water with scent leaves. I was unable to eat it. Had to change my room for the first room assigned had no air conditioner. I had to pack my belongings out again to be taken to another wing of the building. Wanted to take my bath on arrival night, no hot water. The hot water became available in the morning. A lukewarm bottle of water was being shared to guests to drink during breakfast. I wanted to eat Nigerian breakfast, and couldn’t find it on the buffet displayed.

Hotels com Arrived around midnight from my flight. Hotel rooms Smelled like mildew/mold which is a health hazard to respiratory. I was extremely tired and wanted to sleep. I requested a refund. The front desk clerk said she would cancel my reservation, and apologized for inconvenience. I had to sleep in car for the night as the time was very late and I was very tired. When I reviewed my credit card history a week later the charges were reflected. Hotel lied and didn't cancel. They also did not refund my money. When discussing with hotels. Com they did not get my refund either and just provide 100 key cash which is not an acceptable resolution for me. This Swiss hotel is a fraud do not go there your health will be jeopardized. I will be following up using other security options.

Place to stay for one night in Port Harcourt

This hotel was a surprise. It is about 45KM away from the Port Harcourt airport but, has an airport transfer service which is why I selected it. On the night I stayed the hotel WiFi was not working but, overall an excellent hotel. I had a bit of trouble with the transfer service and had to take a taxi which the hotel paid for and charged me for at checkout. The food was good and this is definitely a hotel I will use again for my one night stays in Port Harcourt in the future. For those of us travelling to Eastern Nigeria that need to stay the night somewhere before going on to our finally destination try using this hotel.

American in Southern Nigeria

I picked the Swiss International hotel originally because of the location near my meetings. Being an American the Nigerian food is so very hot for me. The Kitchen manager would make special meals for me that less hot. Barbecue beef was one of my favorites. Luca is the guest relations manager and goes above and beyond to help you. There are two Board meeting rooms that have everything you need. This hotel is very safe and makes you feel at home. I almost forgot the rooms are very nice and the beds extremely comfortable.

Not Swiss hotel. Nice building outside / inside. Secure. Rooms need a place to plug in and work. WIFi works downstairs but not in rooms. Food in the restaurant is poor, along with time taken to prepare form al a carte menu. Breakfast a total disaster in terms of food available and how served. Staff friendly but not experienced, needs some professional management to sort out. Checkout very painful.
