"An excellent centrally located cottage. Full of character. Details clearly outlined for check in/key arrangements. Parking space within a 5 minute walk. Handily located for local pubs, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the harbour and access for a swim in the sea. Space is tight, but this adds to the character. "The Hideaway has the potential to be a 10/10 accommodation because the location is absolutely outstanding. It is perfectly situated for an easy walk into the village of Port Isaac, down to Port Gaverne, and also conveniently close to the Co-op. The interior itself was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and overall the accommodation had great potential. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that unfortunately affected our stay. The living room furniture was quite...

"Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! "

The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate

The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate

10/10 Excellent
"We had an excellent few days at this hotel. We stayed in a superior double room. It was very spacious , with a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the grounds. It was useful having a chilled cabinet and other facilities such as an iron and ironing board. Tea bags , coffee, water and biscuits were replenished daily and the toiletries were of a nice quality. We ate 4 times at the hotel as the food was so good. They had a good range of gluten free options and this was one of the reasons we chose to stay here ( I checked out the menu pre - stay). We felt the prices were a good price considering the high quality of the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again."
