I also liked that there was a Foodland almost directly across the street, where I was able to buy some food at a decent price. "A bit run down rooms, but convenient location near Sauble beach. Rooms were clean and a kitchenette was useful. Very nice amenities on the hotel property on the river. Suggest extending the hours to rent the boats and kayaks, guests might use them early morning or late day, as people are at the beach usually when you have the rentals open and you are closed when people would be most of the time at the hotel and could rent."

"Amir (host) was very accommodating and very responsive. Tom (manager) was very nice and welcoming. Our cottage (#6) was exactly as described. It would be helpful to remind the guests to bring their own sheets/ blankets, towels, and pillows. The property also has a common fire pit, trampoline, a sand pit, and volleyball net. Each cottage also has a BBQ grill. Across the street, there is a splash pad and a playground for little kids. There is a also a bike/ walking trail just beside the playground, overlooking Lake Huron. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing time and we look forward to staying here again. ❤️"
