The staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile with making suggestions for places to visit, activities and dining options.
There is plenty to do in Port Douglas with including some wonderful Barrier Reef tours and some beautiful restaurants.
The Rooms are always beautiful and clean with fresh bed linens and the beds are very comfortable.
Can’t wait to return again ."

"Spotless room had everything you needed. Friendly helpful staff. Had little touches like umbrellas in the room (wet season) & bath robes. Fresh fruit plate with breakfast. Pool area was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10"

"Room was clean, pool areas were clean (pool itself had quite a few leaves etc but the weather was windy and we understand it's difficult to keep on top). Location is fantastic, so close to the main strip for shops, bars and restaurants, but tucked away enough that it's quiet and calm.
Reception staff were incredible, friendly and informative.
We will 100% stay here again"

"We had a room on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. It was great, the facilities were nice and clean and it was quiet too. Not having any kids there made a huge difference noise wise. I would definitely go back and stay again. Just a short walk to the town centre with everything you need for a good holiday right there."
