We have stayed at mantra Portsea a number of times but this time was by far the worst we have seen the property look. Pools were dirty and not very inviting. The unit definitely needs some upgrades as tiles throughout were very dirty and could have done with a good bleach. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Property is close to beach and town . Room is tired , needs a remodel. If you close the ranch slider it get very musty and smelly . Bed is big but very hard .

Great hotel
The facility was amazing & service was excellent- so pleasant and helpful. We had a minor issue at the facility and Sarah from Seascape called straight away and fixed it. Just be aware it is a little out of town so if you have mobility issues maybe have a car or stay closer to town. Overall an amazing stay!
