This suggests there may be some room for improvement in ensuring access instructions are consistently clear and easy to follow. The location is a strong point—within easy walking distance of Lake Geneva, making it ideal for exploring the area on foot. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom, which added a sense of quality to the stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-located option with a few minor areas for improvement."

It is small and cozy, clearly brand new with stylish interiors, necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, great location to get around town or go for a run with plenty of food options in and around the hotel. "Right in the heart of the old town with good access to trams and buses (free transport card for the duration of your stay within zone 10). Well equipped spacious rooms with complimentary water and coffee available in room/lobby. Comfortable and very clean beds. Fantastic power shower with a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner already there. Good hairdryer also. "
