"Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Check-in was smooth and easy. The lounge food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was amazing - wood burning stove, balcony with amazing view of the lake, large jacuzzi tub etc. They supplied as much fire wood as we wanted ( no extra charge).
