The staff as always was great. Internet wifi - not good. Stink water in the rooms, leaky AC. No breakfast choices, the worst coffee ever. This time i had to do the rating 2x, I thought things would change but it hasnt.

The staff, as always, were excellent, from the front desk to the custodians. However, the rooms were a different story. I had to switch multiple times due to various issues: the water in the first room had an unpleasant odor, and while the second room was slightly better, the faucet water still smelled, and the air conditioner was leaking water. In the third room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years and have always tried to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this time it was too much. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to change rooms during my stays.

The staff is just excellent especially the ladies in the kitchen just supreme service. The hotel is beautiful and demands some updates, however they have got solid foundations such as good WiFi, security and a clean pool to build on, I was there for 2 weeks I enjoyed it.
