"Excellent property which has all the amenities, contributing to an outstanding stay. Good communication throughout the booking process, on-going, up to departure. Very clean. The owners, Emma and Graeme, are the most gracious hosts, always ready with a friendly smile and eager to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. The location of Glenegedale House is perfect, situated centrally on the island, making it an ideal base for exploring all that Islay has to offer. Whether you're interested in visiting the renowned whisky distilleries, hiking through the breathtaking landscapes, or simply relaxing on the beautiful beaches, Glenegedale House is conveniently located to suit all your needs. The accommodations are top-notch, with beautifully appointed rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. I stayed in one of their luxurious en-suite rooms, which was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. One of the highlights of my stay at Glenegedale House was the amazing food.
