"We got a handicap room everything like the shower bars were low, we didn’t request a room like that. I forgot my phone charger in the room then my husband called to see if we could get mailed to us and they said there was no charger and no one turned it in. I know for sure I left it there plugged in. Be aware that if you forget something they will lie to you and say you didn’t."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Always upbeat and caring. Provided breakfast was more than expected with a changing menu each day. An added bonus was the happy hour Monday through Thursday. Location is ideal for a short ride to various outings."

"We’ve stayed here before 2 years ago. This time it was triple the price for a lesser room and a let down overall.
The staff were great and were trying to make it the best they could with the tools they had.
Several throw pillows had holes and branded bed runner were slightly stained so we put those out of reach from our kids.
Used the provided wall mounted hairdryer and it blew the breaker in our room.
The laundry bag looked like it was emptied and left to hang to be reused.
They used to have a good hot breakfast but this round it was a grab and go in their currently reduced size under construction main office.
Overall condition of room and building made it apparent the owners are coasting with increased prices while they build additions to the complex and remodel the office.
Our first time staying 2 years ago was great and we really hope when they get through this phase, it will be as great as it once was or better. "
