"The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. "

"The staff was easy to work with! They even called us to check on our ETA because a water line was busted on the road in front of their property. So the front entrance was blocked and they wanted to let us know. It was a 5 minute drive to the ocean and super close to several restaurants. We look forward to staying with them again next year! "
