My upsetting experience at this hotel was that I was quite dissapointed bacause of the the harsh knocks on my door on the last date just because I was just 30 minutes late than regular check-out time."

"Parking is limited and extremely tight. Rented golf carts should not be allowed to park in front the rooms. Obvioulsy, the renter also has a personal vehicle which leaves other guests having to park far from their rooms. One night I counted 6 golf cars occupying spaces in front of the rooms which left me the only option of parking on the side of the hotel. Otherwise, all was good..."

"The location is great. The room was perfect. It came equipped with everything we needed and more. The one and only drawback was the clerk at checkout. We made an error & misunderstood checkout time so we literally had 10 minutes to pack up & leave. While that was understandable, the clerk at the front desk was very rude about it and not empathetic to misunderstanding at all and made us feel dumb for thinking checkout was later (like most other places we have stayed) Nonetheless we will be returning since check in staff, housekeeping and the amenities were unbeatable."
