While the entrance area and staircase still look impressive, the room was in poor repair, with a dated 1980s/90s feel. There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables. "
