Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et tous les restaurants des environs étaient déjà en train de fermer. Nous avons demandé s’il était possible de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel, mais on nous a immédiatement répondu non, sans nous proposer la moindre alternative, comme un service en chambre ou toute autre aide. Nous avions réservé la chambre « Prestige », qui est la plus chère de l’hôtel, mais elle se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons donc subi le bruit du restaurant toute la nuit, ainsi que de la fumée de cigarette qui entrait dans la chambre. Lors de notre deuxième nuit, la télévision est tombée en panne. Nous avons contacté la réception et la seule réponse a été qu’il n’y avait pas d’autre chambre disponible. Là encore, aucune proposition d’aide ni de solution. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas inclus et, de toute façon, il offrait très peu de choix. Dans l’ensemble, le plus décevant n’a pas été les problèmes eux-mêmes, mais le manque total de service client et de volonté d’aider lorsque des difficultés se présentaient.

Personnel très gentil et chaleureux, belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon très sympa. Déjeuner très copieux avec des beaux produits régionaux. Le local à vélo sécurisé était très appréciable!
