"The rooms were very clean but on the small side. The pool area is probably the best of the property and is very pleasant with nice beds and an amazing view of the beach just in front. Location wise it is perfect, as it is a few minutes walk away from Le Lavandou village but spacious and with plenty of parking available."

"We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. It was great to have access to three restaurants, the food was good quality and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner 'village side' in The Brasserie. Recommend to book a sea view room as the views are incredible. Highly recommended."

"Air conditioner was not as cool as I would like on the room that I stayed in the first week, even though I set it to 20 degrees Celsius. Staff is very friendly Hotel is convenient to Gare de Toulon. Breakfast is excellent 👍"

"First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated. On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy. The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!"

"The staff was very friendly and super helpful Absolutely loved my evening buffet, the food was so good and tasty (didnt try the breakfast as a bit pricey at €15) The room was very nice although it did have a smell of dog and some parts in the bathroom need some TLC but the bed was comfortable and pretty quiet The best for the end…. The lake, the beach, the sunbeds, paddles, kayak as well as the indoor pool and the sauna (And of course a beach across the road) I defo will come back"

"Our friends who drive us there couldn’t find anything but a parking garage with the GPS & their van couldn’t drive down into it so we gave up & got an Uber. Our Uber driver left us down at the parking garage level street, dropped us off & showed us a big flight of outdoor stairs to haul our suitcases up to where the main floor of the hotel apparently was. At the top we found the lovely hotel and a friendly person at the desk & checked in. The next day we were walking around on the actual hotel upper street level & found outdoor escalators that could take you to the lower street level (or up to the hotel street level.) If this sounds confusing it was and the front desk person said he understood & that only taxis pick up & deliver on the upper level that the hotel is actually on, not Ubers. Aside from that the included breakfast was good! The place was clean & we were glad we finally found it."
