Staff were nice to deal with. Rooms are basic but it was what we wanted. Bed was very nice to sleep in and there was no noise from other units. Units are well off the road so no noise there either. Having units so far from the road makes parking so much safer for your car overnight. Would stay here ...

Amethyst Court Motorlodge
Spacious clean room, very nice sheets and towels and a lovely comfortable bed. We were delayed until the day after we were supposed to arrive, and even then arrived after the office closed, yet everything was ready for us. Our only suggestion is to have two chairs in the room, and preferably one ...

Gilmer Apartment Hotel
Would recommend Gilmer - I arrived after hours and everything was set up for me including parking which is very easy and convenient. The hotel is easy to access from SH1 which reduces city driving. The room had everything I needed. I didn’t need aircon but there was a fan.

Boulcott Suites
Really convenient location in the Wellington CBD. Room very clean and easy to access after hours via lockbox. Nice to be greeted with a few complimentary drinks and a chocolate bar from local businesses. :-)
