"The hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff and we enjoyed the pool/patio setup! The only issue I had is I booked through hotels.com (Expedia) and paid in full in advance. I put a card on file for the security deposit upon arrival, and upon checking out it charged my card on file- there is a known issue w/ Expedia b/c it comes up as a 'virtual card'- just make sure Expedia properly provides your payment to the hotel (this is the 2nd time I've had a major issue w/ Expedia relaying information to the hotel- happened w/ an entirely different hotel). Thankfully, the Fairfield staff was very helpful and communicative to resolve crediting my account back. Also, the hotel is remodeled and looking really nice w/ freshly/new smell to the building!!"

"The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, even though the juice machine and pancake maker were not operational. The pool area was cool, but clean. I would stay again if I were in the area."
