"Nice spa hotel, above average food but not outstanding. Spacious quadruple room with good bathroom - although a faulty tap. Dinner was above average. Breakfast was average - limited choice if gluten and or dairy free - only small amount of fruit and no dairy free yogurt, poor quality gluten free bread."

"Check-in smooth as usual. We had 2 rooms. One on top floor of the newer building and one on the ground floor near reception. The higher floor room was lovely as usual (we have stayed many times). The room in the older part near reception although clean and functional was definitely showing its age (sticky doors etc). Breakfast was definitely not Up to the usual standard. Sausages were of poor quality and VERY overcooked. Bacon was quite fatty and the hash browns bland. Most of the food was tepid at best. This will not stop us staying there again but perhaps at £16pp we may make alternative arrangements for breakfast in the future."

"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience."

"A lot of money for the standards. Broken glass near the outside seating areas clearly left from the night before. The hotel is dated and could do with being modernised. The full English breakfast was awful - undercooked, fatty and tasteless bacon, poor quality sausages, cold toast, no mushrooms was just unappealing."
