"We booked this hotel on Hotels.com at a set rate, when we got to the hotel, they wanted an additional 15 Euroes a day per person to use the beach area, when the hotel claims it is on the beach. They claim that the rate on tripsaver and hotels.com does not include the use of the beach! We felt ripped off. On another note they claim air conditioning, however, all that it really is, is a fan running with no cool air coming through. We had to go out and buy a small fan to actually get some air...
"The hotel has fantastic views on the harbour and close to Cala Rossano Beach. Also close to town and archeological areas. The hosts - Signora Maria and Signor Antonio - are great and try to accommodate different needs. The restaurant is excellent and the views on the terrace superb. Mr Antonio will wait for you at the port and will allow you to leave your luggage so that you can take the 5 minutes walk to the hotel without having to carry heavy luggage around. "
