"The hotel has fantastic views on the harbour and close to Cala Rossano Beach. Also close to town and archeological areas. The hosts - Signora Maria and Signor Antonio - are great and try to accommodate different needs. The restaurant is excellent and the views on the terrace superb. Mr Antonio will wait for you at the port and will allow you to leave your luggage so that you can take the 5 minutes walk to the hotel without having to carry heavy luggage around. "

"I booked two rooms which were through Hotiday. I didn’t realise this was an intermediary company. On arriving at the hotel after a four hour drive, the receptionist said there were not two rooms booked under my name, despite me showing her the reservation. She suggested I go away and contact Hotiday. Despite working with this company she said she did not have their contact details.
