"Staff on the desk were absolutely lovely and friendly. I'd never stayed in Cardiff before, and they were so helpful explaining how to get around. The check in and out was easy. Room was decent with all the expected amenities. Really clean, and the bathroom was ace. Bed was super comfy, too. No parking available, but there are loads of pay and display car parks within 5 minutes walk"

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were attending a wine tasting experience at Llanerch Vineyard and the hotel, very kindly, shuttled us to and from the vineyard, which was fantastic! The room was nice. The bathroom in particular was very spacious. My husband and I had a lovely overnight stay, would highly recommend. "
