"The room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding but the tub shower combo was not great. There was very little hot water in the shower. For the price the room should have a smart tv. "

"I feel like the pictures are very flattering for this hotel. Besides the breakfast area it’s quite modern and bland. The porch photos also make it seem like you have a nice view - I had a view of an alley way… it’s well located and comfortable though. "

"The staff at this hotel were excellent. The room was very clean and it was wonderful having the room cleaned every day. The breakfast every morning was very good. The hotel has a very unique charm that made for a lovely stay. The only negative I have is that I had to pay extra for a bathroom in my room and it wasn't immediately clear on Expedia that this is an upgrade. I didn't mind paying for it but it should be posted somewhere as it was not clear to me on booking and it was a bit surprising to pay for it at the hotel. Otherwise I had a wonderful visit and was very impressed with the quality of service."

"Room is clean but it lacks useful things such as a fridge and a kettle for some tea and coffee. Staff is very helpful. Shuttle service is excellent. Ate at the restaurant in the evening. You pay a high price for a very small portion of commercial food. Restaurant is not recommended. In my opinion its a tourist trap. "

"We got to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. The concierge was super, and gave us ideas of what to do in St. Moritz. He offered a taxi ride in the morning which would take 10-15 min for $70 CHF. We declined. When we came back the receptionist was not helpful, room was not that great, and we were given no information for dinner, wifi, etc. It felt like we were bothering her. Suggest staying elsewhere, for the amount of money you pay. At least get a good view....."
