"Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option."

"The property is beautiful. Very nicely decorated and designed. Our room had wonderful lighting fixtures and beautiful tile in bathroom. We did not have a view but we were on lower floor. Upper levels rooms would have beautiful view I imagine. The food was very good as well. We had both dinner and breakfast here."

"Great location in the middle of the walking district. Beautiful room and very walkable to the lake and around town. Also close to the train station for travel connections. Staff are very friendly and helpful!"

"We got to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. The concierge was super, and gave us ideas of what to do in St. Moritz. He offered a taxi ride in the morning which would take 10-15 min for $70 CHF. We declined. When we came back the receptionist was not helpful, room was not that great, and we were given no information for dinner, wifi, etc. It felt like we were bothering her. Suggest staying elsewhere, for the amount of money you pay. At least get a good view....."
