"This is in the heart of Naples, so bear in mind, it’s a gritty city. Quiet alley like street. Lots of graffiti on the streets nearby. Very short walk to Spacca Napoli, one of the main streets to stroll through the gritty heart of Naples. "The Holiday Inn in Naples is a beautiful hotel. The staff (particularly Rosa and Coro) were very good. Rosa upgraded us to a room on one of the renovated floors, which was lovely. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was prompt to order us a taxi both into the city centre of Naples and to the airport. The only shortfall of this hotel is that the surrounding area is depressed/run down, which is no fault of the hotel. We chose not to walk around the area of the hotel and opted to order taxis, but we still felt safe overall. Very good spot if you are looking to stay in Napoli. "
