"I paid for a harbor view, but what I got was a view of a staircase. While the harbor is indeed visible behind the stairs, charging a premium for a "harbor view"—and advertising it as such—for the few rooms situated at this specific angle is highly misleading and unfair."

" Dry clean and comfortable stay"

"We were on the first floor and walls are thin. Kids running up and down the hallway. We could hear others talking in adjacent room."

"No coffee pot in the room in a breakfast buffet was incredibly disappointing. The breads were dry and the bagel tasted old. The sausage was undercooked and the eggs were most watery scrambled eggs I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to be helpful. Overall, did not enjoy our stay and will not stay at the Tru by Hilton again."
