"Thru Travelocity I booked 2 rooms and each was supposed to have 3 beds in each room and what I was give when I got there was one room with 3 beds and one room with 2 beds, and ahe had the audacity to charge me extra for the extra people after not giving me the 2nd room I paid for with 3 beds."

"When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system."
