"Hotel and hotel restaurante good with friendly staff. The Cafe Bar part of the hotel had terrible service, we walked out. Room was clean and modern…except the door (uses real key). Comfy beds and nice dark room for sleeping."

"Staying at a remodeled 16th century palace by the heart of a medieval town. What beats that? OLd world charm, the setting, gardens, furniture and art. Super attentive service from the moment you arrive. Immaculate clean rooms and comfortable bedding and towels. The restaurant is top notch. The property doesn't have parking but you can reach it with your car, they give you all the time you need to unload your luggage and there is a convenient parking five minutes walk away. Highly recommended."

"My first room was not good it was noisy and echoing from rainfall all night. My second stay was much better the room faced the outside with large window and less cramped. A few of the staff in the cafeteria and restaurant were not so friendly."
