O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura é muito bonito, mas de madrugada desliga o aquecimento da água , tivemos que tomar banho de manhã, para ajudar tinha pouco cobertores no quarto, e o ar do quarto não tem aquecimento! Pra piorar entramos no quarto as 3h da manhã e na porta do quarto nao tinha o aviso de limpar ou não pertube! No dia seguinte, nos acordaram as 8h com uma campainha!

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, mas ressaltar principalmente o atendimento do restaurante no jantar com garçons extremamente cordiais, prestativos, apesar do grande movimento. Cardápio variado e serve rápido os pratos com excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã bem variado! Os quartos são amplos, limpos, arejados, novos, wi-fi bom, travesseiros, cobertores novos... estacionamento amplo, o melhor de Guaira!
