"Parking was hard to find during the day as everyone took the spots to see the natural pools but everything else was perfect!"

The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had no view — just a view of the parking lot. I absolutely loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool, and I also found the breakfast to be amazing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay again."

"Could not open window and back door as cacourockes would come in, as well very noisy, towels were only changed once for a 14 day stay, there was a smell in the kitchen that came from the sewer. Sheets were not cotton so they were hot to sleep in. Out of 10 I would give 2. "

"Enotel Lido is a 10 floor hotel centrally located 10 to 12 minutes by car from old Funchal. We stayed for 7 nights and were impressed with its housekeeping services, pristine grounds, and exceptional buffet menu. Each night was themed and there was an extensive vegetarian option. Lamb, chicken, duck, veal, shrimp and fish were outstanding. Desserts were incredible!! We plan to return as long as the chef doesn’t leave!! Thank you to all the staff for an unforgettable holiday!! ❤️ "
