"The room was perfect, it was easy to use the equipment, we were able to enjoy breakfast. The agent who checked us in was very informative. I personally did not like that my room was right off the elevator, but that's a me issue, next time I'll add a request to be away from the elevator. My contractor fiance was impressed with the room, usually he picks out the imperfections, he was not able to find anything that would normally drive him batty in a room. Very nice, it was overall very quiet, we did have a noise complaint which was addressed as far as I know immediately. They expressed empathy. We are very happy with the stay and if we need to attend any other events in the area, we will definitely choose BW again."
