"This is a really AMAZING HOTEL for both families or couples: 1-amazing staff: from reception to beach, restaurants to gardeners; all are making the hotel really shine. So kind, helpful, and service quality to your front amazingly. In any other country you cannot find such - in EU for sure not 2- food: very delicious, enough variety. Some mentioned that it s not easy to book restaurants which is absolutaley not true; very easy indeed. If you are searching for Michelin restaurants ; for sure no need to come here; otherwise this hotel is amazing. Many alcoholic beverages included in all incl; others are normal priced compared to EU. 3-natives by the beach: when walking by the beach; there are Tanzanian and Masai people approaching you but mostly in a friendly way; keeping personal distance; if some are insisting, they stop if you ask them to. No need to worry, even with kids or ladies alone. Also there are safety guards by beach. If you lay in hotel borders, they are not allowed to enter. They try to help you and ask for your visit to their shops for 5-1” euro souvenirs only.dont forget you are staying with 250-400euro/night; be generous. Average salady in Tanzania is 90-100 euro/month 4- sea and beach: very beautiful and clean. Even in low tides you cannot see any trash in the sea or beach. Be careful with sea urchines in low tide after 1km from beach. Masaii will help you 5-rooms r big & clean My only comment might be daily trips and spa services; a bit overpriced. Big thanks"

"The resort is just a paradise on earth! Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were ever very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Glory & reception team for always arranging our moving, Mary, Jackson in the restaurant for always being helpful. Aman helpful with excursions. Stayed in the beach pavilion, the 2 bed sea view villa and the over water villa to get the experience. Each and every one of them was amazing although my favourite is the over water villa! They were cleaned on a daily basis and it’s the first hotel I have had no issues with dust! Thank you guys. The only issue was the Masai men hiding to sell their stuff. It was a bit annoying. See you again soon. "

"Tulia is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The staff went overboard to make our daughter’s birthday celebration spectacular. They made a special cake and danced and sang for her. There is nightly entertainment. The food was delicious. The ocean view is unbeatable. "

"This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one needs. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable from reception, restuarant service, housekeeping and the guys driving the shuttles within the resort. The grounds were beautiful and quiet with accress to a large expanse of the coastline. The only thing that needs improving is the food. For the cost and the level of excellence in other aspects of the resort, the food offerings need to be improved in terms of range of options and flavour. I also koted that there were some kids in the adults only section. They were well behaved and did not bother me but others may not appreciate it. Neither of these, would stop me from going back in a heartbeat. one of my best vacations ever. "

"Awesome location and view of the Indian Ocean. From our balcony we had direct view of the beach and the ocean. The room was spacious, with nice and comfortable furniture, and bedding. Very nicely decorated. Very clean and one of the best stays that we had. Staff were super nice and accommodating. We loved having drinks and appetizers outside on the deck. Live music added to the very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The environment was very welcoming and everyday i saw how hard everyone on the staff worked in unison to provide me comfort and convenience. Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. The cooks serce some of the best food i have tasted it was so i tried food i have never tried. The property was secure and i had no worries of unfavorable events occuring. First place i have stayed wjere housekeeping comes in person at least 3 times a day to ensure the room is in order or to check if anything is needed. I didn’t just meet people that work at a lodge there, no i made friends and i will be visiting again. Asante sana to the entire staff and managers "
