The hotel was ok,passable. The room was a good size and had a decent smart tv,which was appreciated with a teenager in tow. The room looked clean but didnt feel clean,which I know isnt a useful review. The location was very handy for shops,ATM, eateries etc. A 10 minute walk to the beach,but you arent allowed to swim there. Breakfast was good and enough to choose from.

The staff was helpful and property is in a good location within walkable distance to major attractions. Hotel does not have a restaurant and also the price for a night stay is expensive when compared to the room and the facilities available. Overall a decent stay.

Lovely stay in spacious clean room that stays refreshingly cool even with AC off while you're out. Tasty breakfast, idly & dosa served daily. The location is great for walk to beach but has some bad smells nearby at times. Manager who checked us in was very observant & kind. Made sure all was taken care of from start to finish of our stay.

Nice friendly hotel

Nice hotel. Very clean and the rooms are nice and big. Very polite and friendly staff. Nice South Indian breakfast with a smile. Nice location.

Room was not at all at par. It was dingy, moisture coming out from the walls. The bathroom was completely bare, only shower gel was available. The bed sheets were not clean or even looked washed. There was black spots altogether. The hotel was also understaffed and reluctant to help clean or accomodate requests.

Wi-Fi was a little unstable. Otherwise it was comfortable. Breakfast service on the rooftop terrace was satisfactory. The room rates seem to fluctuate a lot, but I would stay there again when there is a discount.

Incredible friendly front desk and support staff. Param and his associates at the reception were very helpful. Their travel desk arranged intercity vehicle flawlessly. I Great location. Clean room, plenty of electrical outlets. Excellent running hot and cold water with very good pressure. Tasty good selection for the included breakfast makes it easy to get going in the morning I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Best staff ever.

These people are the most helpful and kind staff ever. They were exceptionally nice when I checked in, helping me to know what was in the area and what to do. And then, as I was there when India went into lockdown over coronavirus, they spent 2 hours helping me to get a ticket out of India.

Excellent location, close to beach & shops. The room was exactly what was advertised so we were not disappointed. However, there was a strong smell of smoke. The lovely looking cushions & bed runner smelt so bad I had to put them at the end of the room. Saving grace the sheets were clean. Dragging luggage up & downstairs was not exactly a thrill. All in all Lovely room. The contacts I made were great for me. Would stay there again.

Nice Place to stay close to WhiteTown

Small cosy place with only 10 to 11 rooms.. Service is top class and staff is totally friendly.. Location is ideal for people wanting to be close to White Town. The beach is walkable with under 10 mins of walk. The premium room is quiet spacious but the interior is not top class but who cares as long as it clean , near comfortable.. The breakfast options are limited and has mostly South Indian options such as Idly, Vada , Dosas (pancakes) etc but there is at least 1 option like Paratha , Pongal , Bullet idly etc which is a good option if you are bored of eating the regular. There is a cut fruit option but quiet limited however it would have been ideal if they had some juices in the breakfast option as well. It has parking option which is a big plus. Although the hotel supports late check-in checkout options , given it’s a small hotel chances of getting these is limited as the hotel is usually full. If you are looking at a full fledged hotel option this is not a choice as it doesn’t have spa or pool etc but if you want to stay close to white town this is a go to place. The hotel is on a little expensive end especially during holiday season as we paid over 9000 a night during the Christmas season.

Hatt en fantastisk uke i Pondicherry. Betalte kr 1400 for 7 netter, så er et enkelt hotell med type indisk frokost. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, rommet blir vasket og håndkler skiftet daglig om ønskelig. Sentral beliggenhet, leide tråsykkel og brukte denne til å farte rundt med hotellet som utgangspunkt.

Lives up to it's promise

Good location. The boys were always helpful. Nice room, clean and everything you need. Breakfast could be better and we were waken up early by the sounds of the kitchen which was probably right below us.
