"Mucho olor a humedad , agua fría para bañarse, la de recepción no tenia idea donde es el parque Dora Colon que queda a menos de 10 minutos del hotel , estacionamiento compartido con el hotel Meliá , estaba lleno y nos ofrecieron que pasáramos luego de las 11:00 pm a revisar si ya había estacionamiento, tuvimos que estacionarnos en el de Ponce Plaza por el módico costo de $80.00 por una noche "

"Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it."

Me ví obligada a dejar artículos de valor en la habitación que perdí, pero como voy a reclamarlos si no puedo evidenciar que me los llevaron de la habitación. No esperaba que eliminaran las caja fuerte y eso para mi es fundamental para hacer la reserva del próximo año. "

"The Cabin at the Place By the Sea is really a perfect beach paradise. The room was immaculate, beautiful, and comfortable. The outdoor patio was inviting, open, and comfortable. The only problem I had was that there was an area wide power outage and I arrived to pitch black with no idea what had gone happened. When I was able to finally contact someone, they were apologetic and accommodating, even offered to refund me for the nights in the dark. I look forward to staying there again, with or without power, even! "
