"Easy quick and smooth check in. Front desk mentioned to us about parking fee being waived and other bonus if we attended 40 minute presentation, since we would mostly be out with our family who live nearby we could not commit. No pressure from ANYONE, I was quite pleased as reviews said otherwise and I’ve read some horror stories. We decided to stay one more night but unfortunately no availability through Expedia although we were informed by staff that there was availability and we could stay in same condo but reservations could not be made by them. Expedia agents were quite helpful but sadly could not fulfill our request 😔 stayed at a holiday express closer to our family for the extra night. Loungers around pool could use replacing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others"
