"I had the king size suit with kitchen, but in my room the microwave or the light or fun was not working at all. I couldn’t heated purchase food for dinner. Front desk didn’t want to change our room. I had no kettle to make cap of tea. And had no hot water to take shower at evening or the next morning. Front desk was kept telling me they can’t do nothing. That there is no manager on site. I stayed there before and it wasn’t that bad. This stay was terrible. I am very disappointed with Marriott. "
