"Check in was simple, they had a place for our bags u til our room was ready. They did try and sign us up for I would say a "time-share" meeting. We set it up but decided to no show and our deposit was promptly refunded. The grounds, pool, and location were all great. And the room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. "No soap to wash hands hvac unit did not cool , no television and internet was out . Rules about removing trash were extreme . They should let guest know that it’s not a full service room and to bring your own necessities I was just staying one night and hoped it would be restful "

"The staff is awesome! The property is adequate, but for the price in the area it is in, is surprisingly affordable. The Restaurant next door is incredibly affordable, and excellent food. Think NYC pizza from Sicilians, without the high cost. I will stay here again. The comp coffee in the AM was a nice treat!"

"first room could not get in, safety latch was in place. second room on first floor was in need of repair, bedframe broken, bad mattress, flooring peeling up. appeared to be a hasty remodel."
