"This was a perfect hotel for a Disneyland visit! Easy walk to the park, comfortable room, and wonderful employees who made the whole process so easy. Will definitely our pick for a hotel in future Disneyland trips. "

"We messaged ahead of checking in and asked for a quiet room, they did accommodate this for us. The room was not quiet. The door has a large gap under it. The Inn is a motel style which means you have the joys of outdoor noise, such as each morning collection trucks and car horns. You can hear any guest that walks by your room. Our room also smelt like urine and the bedsheets were covered in stains. The main issue we faced was on our final night, another guest was drunk or high, and was locked out of their room, the latch had been put on. We were woken up just before midnight by a female guest in distress screaming. We reported this to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance to check as she was on her own… In that time a friend came and took her away. The female and the friend returned back at 1:30am. The shouting intensified, they managed to open the door and shout through the door making threats to the guy, Damien, that locked them out the room. I reported this again and front desk said they couldn’t get up there to do anything as they were with a guest at the front desk. We were really startled by this, and felt unsafe. We looked at moving to the nearby hotels but were too frightened to leave our room. We eventually managed to get back to sleep, but were woken up at 6am by more arguments. We reported this again at checkout. They said they had no security on that night. We also tried to resolve via Expedia, the Inn made no attempt to make amends."

"The room was ok we for leftover open candy in the floor under the bed the carpet was stained, and the room was smelling like oily. Breakfast was very good Stuff they were very helpful Outdoor pool was OK"

"The staff is really friendly. At least the front desk and housekeeping. The room some towels had other peoples hair, the bed had other people's hair and the microwave and coffee maker were dusty. For an average $300 a night it could be a little more clean. Specially when they try to save on everything. Housekeeping comes after the second night you stay here. When they came to clean (I stayed 3 nights) they didn't even put an extra roll of toilet paper or hand bar soap. Parking is extra the ice maker never works and this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The only reason I like it is because of the water area. There's a pool that's literally for toddlers. They are open rain or shine. Rooms have microwave and a fridge. They also provide actual cribs at no charge. WiFi is a bit slow and only 5 devices can be used. For example if you have kids that have phones/ tablets and parents that have work computers and phones it can't all be connected. Cellular data also doesn't get much reception. There was some work being done while I stayed but it didn't bother me I didn't hear them. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I have a trip again soon to Disney but will look into other options. I've stayed at other budge friendly hotels nearby that are far way cleaner with parking included. Their selling point is definitely the water park area. "

"Breakfast was excellent!! Staff was very welcoming, made my entire family feel very comfortable, and they were very accommodating to my younger children as well and super polite. Definitely will be returning!! "

"Staff was rude to part of my party, one of the days we had no hot water so we had to shower in freezing cold. Homeless man was living under the stairs. Very unsatisfactory stay. "

"Oh where do I start. The room was damp the entire visit, making all our belongings damp. There are no USB ports despite the pictures. The shower had mold. The trash truck sat outside for 42 mins (that is after it woke me up, and I figured out what it was and started timing it). There was an odor. Did I mention the damp? The carpet was damp and my feet were not happy about it. Breakfast was awful and we wound up skipping every day even though I wanted a place with breakfast to reduce costs. That backfired. The location is freaking awesome, so wish it was better. Just a straight shot to Downtown Disney. And I thank the staff for finding a lost item for me. But nope will never stay again. "
